How can I order?
You can order online via our secure web site. Ordering online is easy and secure. Your order is handled using a secure payment system. For more details please read our security information further down.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
 

How can I pay?


We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB and Visa Purchasing.

Shopping with us is secure - all credit/debit card details are protected using the industry standard encryption software (see below for more information).

Your card will not be debited until your order is ready to be shipped.
 

How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship in-stock items within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has shipped. UK customers please allow up to 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. EU customers please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Overseas customers please allow up to 10-14 working days for your order to arrive.

If you need a scarf urgently please e-mail us with your required delivery date before you place your order so that we can let you know if a delivery by that date is feasible.

Please note: Office closed in January and early February 2012

As every year we are closed in January and early February. We will reopen on February 20th 2012.

You are most welcome to place your order while we are closed, however we will only be able to process and ship your order when we reopen. Please note that payment will be taken only when your order is processed (NOT when you submit your order). Should you need to contact us while we are closed, please e-mail us at info@mapscarves.com. Import Duty and Local Sales Taxes
Please note: Orders delivered to addresses outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local sales taxes. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on delivery of the order.
 

Can I have a scarf sent as a gift?
I'm buying this scarf as a gift and would like to have it sent direct to the recipient. I don't want any receipt or price information to be included. Is that OK?
Yes, no problem. Just put the word 'gift' in one of the comments boxes at checkout (just below where you fill in your name and address). Remember to enter your address as the billing address and the recipient's address as the delivery address. We'll send the scarf/scarves to the recipient with a small card saying that it's a gift from you.
 

How do I a return a scarf?
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, we understand that occasionally you may want to return goods for a refund or exchange.

Our money back guarantee
Our "total satisfaction" money back guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase - for any reason - you can return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund of the full purchase price.

Returns must be received by us unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that return postage charges must be paid by the customer, except where goods are faulty or have been sent in error.

We regret that we are unable to refund postage charges, nor customs duties and sales taxes that may have been paid on deliveries outside the European Union.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return goods
To enable us to process your refund or exchange efficiently:
  • Please enclose a note telling us the reason for the return and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.
  • Please wrap the goods securely in the original packaging.
  • For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery mail service and retain proof of postage.
We will process your refund/exchange promptly and notify you as soon as we have done so.
